Loan Modification Attorney

You complete the FREE EVALUATION request. We verify that you are a good candidate and what options are available. We give you a flat-fee quote (typically $3495) on services that we think we can offer with a good chances of success. You decide whether or not you wish to hire us.

FIRST STEPS

One of our attorneys is assigned to your case. If necessary, the attorney will take legal action to stop any foreclosure proceedings and provide time for negotiations. Your attorney will also notify the bank to let them know you are now being represented.

The attorney will give you a list of documents to provide. The documents will show your income and expenses as well as other assets and liabilities. Once we receive the documents, the attorney will analyze them and formulate a modification proposal that will help you keep your home and save thousands of dollars. This usually takes 1 week.

THE NEGOTIATION

Mortgage Loan Modification

Our attorney presents a comprehensive analysis that shows why it is in the interest of the bank to modify the loan in the manner we are suggesting. Often times the modification will include (1) reducing the interest rate, (2) lowering the amount owed, (3) eliminating past late fees, (4) reducing the amount owed on the home, (5) and protecting your credit. This usually takes 60 to 90 days.

IMPLEMENTING THE AGREEMENT

We have new loan instruments drafted and signed. We make sure the lender adheres to the terms of the agreement and that you receive the full benefit of the modification.

 

FOLLOW-UP

Modify Loan

We contact you 90 days after the modification has been implemented to make sure you are happy and that your home is secure. If your financial situation requires other services, we will evaluate your needs and see if any of our other services could benefit you.
