Charles "Jud" Hemming

Charles “Jud” Hemming is a 35-year veteran in practicing civil and criminal litigation. He also has extensive experience in corporate and contactual matters, government affairs and land use issues. He was the principle partner at Hemming, Essad Law and Polacyznk. Mr. Hemming graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at Albion College with Honors in 1971.

Charles Hemming is a member of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, United States Court of Appeals, - 6th District, United States Supreme Court, and the state bar of Michigan (#P24077).

He joined Higbee & Associates in 2010.
